When you make a reservation, we collect: team leader name, email address, phone number (optional), selected mission date and time, and team size. We also process your consent to terms and marketing communications.
How we use your data
We use your data to confirm and manage your reservation, communicate about the mission, send marketing communications (only with your consent), and to improve our services.
Legal basis for processing
We process data necessary for your reservation on the basis of contract performance. Marketing communications are sent based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Data retention
We retain reservation data for 3 years from the mission date for accounting and potential claims. Marketing consent is retained until withdrawn.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your personal data, and object to processing. You may exercise these rights by contacting the data controller.
